4 cups apples, cored, peeled and sliced ½ cup water 1½ tsp. tabletop stevia 2 Tbs. all-purpose flour 1½ tsp. ground cinnamon ½ tsp. ground nutmeg 1 cup rolled oats 1½ tsp. tabletop stevia ¼ cup all-purpose flour 1½ tsp. ground cinnamon ¼ cup butter, melted 1½ Tbs. brown sugar, packed ⅛ tsp. salt
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Place apples in a large bowl and sprinkle with water, stevia, flour, cinnamon and nutmeg. Toss to evenly coat the apples. Spray a 9-inch square baking dish with cooking spray and arrange apple mixture in the bottom of the pan. In a separate, small bowl combine oats, sweetener, flour, cinnamon, butter, brown sugar and salt. Stir until the mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle crumb mixture evenly on top of the apples in the baking dish. Place baking dish in the oven and bake for 35-40 minutes, until the apples are bubbly and the crisp is golden. Serve warm, room temperature or cold.
