Moms of the world spend their days wiping noses, making dinners and working hard to provide for their families while teaching their children right from wrong. For all their efforts, let’s raise our glasses and toast to them with this French Champagne recipe this weekend on Mother’s Day.
Instead of a Mimosa or Bloody Mary, this French Champagne will be a new twist on traditional Mother’s Day cocktails and a fresh way to celebrate mom.
By combining raspberry liquor, lemon, champagne and the zero-calorie sweetness of stevia we have created a cocktail that is sweet, light and crisp.
A classic French Champagne cocktail usually includes a sugar cube, but by replacing the sugar with stevia we have eliminated a few extra calories from this drink that will go perfect with brunch – on Mother’s Day or any other day. And we can all toast to eating fewer calories.
If you’re looking for a new cocktail to serve to mom this weekend, or just need a new idea for a holiday brunch or cocktail party, look no further than our stevia sweetened French Champagne. Full recipe below.
